Fourteen days to change your mind

You may cancel an order within fourteen days of receiving it, without having to say why. That period starts the day after you, or someone you named, received the piece.

You tell us by email, or with the form at the bottom of this page. After that you have another fourteen days to send the piece back.

When it does not apply

A piece made to your measurement falls outside this period. You give a measurement yourself, the piece is made for you afterwards, and it cannot be sold to anyone else.

That applies to the pieces where it is stated on the product page, and it is stated there before you order. If it is not stated, you simply have fourteen days.

This is about the measurement you give, not about a choice from a list. Picking between two finishes does not make a piece personal; a neck measurement you supply does.

What you may do with the piece in those fourteen days

You may look at it and try it on as you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the piece loses value because of it, we may charge that loss of value.

Refund

We refund within fourteen days of your notice, using the same means of payment you used. We may wait until we have the piece back, or until you have shown that you sent it.
