Shipping and delivery

How long it takes

A piece is ready for shipping within the period stated on the product page, counted from your request. That period is stated before you order, and by ordering you agree it with us.

For a piece that is made to quote, we agree the delivery time with you in the quote.

Where we ship

We ship within the European Union, to the United States, and to the rest of the world.

What shipping costs depends on the piece and on where it goes. We state that amount in the confirmation of your request, so before you agree.

Outside the European Union

If a piece goes to a country outside the European Union, we do not charge Dutch VAT.

Import duties, foreign VAT and customs clearance costs in the destination country are yours to pay. We cannot say in advance how high they are, because customs there decides that.

If a delivery takes too long

If we do not meet the agreed period, you can set us a reasonable further period in writing. If we do not deliver then either, you may cancel the purchase and you get your money back.
